We first met Brent at an Open House, and we were immediately impressed with his wealth of market knowledge, plus his familiarity with the available properties and their histories. We had been using a "better known" agent - but we never saw him! We only ever saw someone from his 'team' - younger, not very experienced and not able to advise. When we were seeking a house to buy, Brent was always there for us - tirelessly showing us a huge range of properties (at our request) and advising on the pros and cons when asked! We bought a house he recommended. He knew that we would be selling it again when our contract came to an end in 3 years. We actually decided to sell earlier, (on Brent's advise) as the market was likley to be changing anytime. We made a good profit in 2 years (rather than a significant loss, had we waited). This was due in great part to Brent's negotiating skills and his ability to really "sell" a house.
